Hello Substack
We made a bold move by transitioning to Substack, doubling down on our vision to evolve ah.mi into a media and content business while maintaining our commitment to a paid subscription model.
The shift to Substack has enabled us to create higher-quality content and expand our community's connections through ah.mi chat on Substack, newsletter interactions, and ah.mi virtual chat podcast episodes.

The Launch of The Green Tea Newsletter 🍵
Our bi-weekly newsletter became a staple for us this year, bringing readers the cliff notes of real-life-approved wellness content. Our goal with The Green Tea is always for it to be a quick & easy Friday read as you head into the weekend. Thank you to our subscriber, Candace, for coming up with “The Green Tea” title!
This year we opened up a limited number of sponsorship opportunities for The Green Tea. We only work with brands we have close relationships with or truly love, so each feature is special. The "Getting Rich Together" Podcast
Several people reached out to Rach about how impactful her podcast episode on “Getting Rich Together” was. On the podcast, Rach applied her real-life wellness approach to wealth and shared a detailed list of the slow & steady ways she has saved and invested over the years (including businesses, real estate investments, crypto, angel investing, and more).
