I am writing this a few days after my Goop hangover. I traveled to LA with my mom and twin sister, Liz, for our first In Goop Health (“IGH”) experience. GP and the Goop team have been hosting these IGH in-person summits for over a decade and I have always wanted to go. Since it’s our turning-40 YOLO year, my sister and I decided to book the trip.

I’ve been to more events than I can count, but this one 100% SURPASSED all of my expectations. It was an incredible weekend full of everything I love - family, founders, business, fancy boujee things 😉, shopping, amazing food, wellness, and a beautiful destination.
