Hi there!

September is only a few days away and it feels like so many people are saying they need something to get themselves back in a routine on the wellness front after summer and back to school mayhem.

I started ah.mi for this exact reason, so whenever I feel this way I know it’s time to commit to something together with the ah.mi crew. When I have others committing with me, I know that I will be 100% more motivated and not fall off.

For the month of September, a bunch of ah.mi members are committing to Sami Clarke’s Signature Strength Program on FORM. It feels very doable because it’s only 14 days (2-3x workouts per week during September) and FORM has given us a special code so ah.mi members get a full MONTH access to all of their programs for FREE!

I have been doing Sami Clarke’s strength/weight workouts on FORM for the past few months, and they are so good. The workouts have music, a timer for reps, and I do them in 20-30 minutes in the morning after drop-off before my workday starts.
