Now, back to TGT! I listened to a podcast this week that talked about how living a healthy life is simple, but also really hard… and I know most of you would agree! We’re busy, cheeseburgers and treats taste so good, and it’s easier to veg out than it is to workout. While our mantra at ah.mi has always been to keep it simple with “Greens. Water. Move. Repeat.,” I wanted to acknowledge that keeping it simple does not mean it’s easy. The main reason I started ah.mi was to have the extra accountability and motivation to stay consistent.
Speaking of vegging out rather than working out, I committed to getting through FORM’s 14 Day Strength Challenge this month (two or three 30-min weight workouts per week) with other ah.mi members! This celeb says she would never share inside her home with the public BUT the fact that it is something she built for herself on her own after her divorce gave her reason to be proud to put it out into the world. Unlike most celeb house tours, you can tell this house is *lived* in - she mentions wet kids from pool parties running through the house and always having sh*t on the counter. 😂
