"I was eating completely wrong for my body"

How working with a Macro Coach is transforming this ah.mi member's body and life.

I wanted to share some insights from a conversation I had a few weeks ago over breakfast with ah.mi member, Reagan. She said she finally feels like she unlocked something that is actually working for her and we both felt compelled to share the details with anyone else who might be interested.

Reagan said for so long she felt like she was doing "all the things,” but wasn’t feeling any better or seeing much progress. For over a year she was eating healthy (packing lunches, chugging water, healthy snacking, etc.) and working out consistently.

Then, everything started to change six weeks ago ~ Reagan started working with a 1:1 Macro Coach who helped her take a closer look at what she was eating daily. She quickly realized she was UNDER-EATING and not eating enough of the good things to keep her full and energized.
