It was recommended by ah.mi subscriber, Jenn Jordan. We also recently found out Rach’s mom (who has been meditating for 25+ years) uses the app, so it must be good.
Rach is on Day 20/30 of the Intro Course and loves it because:
“Each meditation is 10 minutes and it is guided but not in a story/distracting way - Sam Harris guides you by having you pay attention to sounds and feelings.
I do it on weekday mornings while the house is still sleeping and the coffee brews. When I’m done, I know i’ll have a hot cup of coffee ready for me - good motivation!
Meditation on the weekends isn’t happening… yet.”

Our friend Natalie Gee, Co-founder of Gee Beauty, recently did an Instagram Live about her journey microdosing GLP-1s. This was her first time she shared about this online. Her goal? Last week at a founder dinner in Miami, Rach got to sit with Colleen Wachob, the Co-founder of mindbodygreen. There were so many health and wellness swaps during the entire dinner. One thing that stuck with Rach was Colleen’s bedtime formula she said had been game-changing for her sleep after having a history of terrible sleep.

→ Greek Yogurt w/ a Twist
As of today, we are DONE with our no added sugar challenge - a group of us committed together for 3 weeks this month via a Slack group (read more here).
It was HARD, but so eye opening how much junk/added sugar is in the everyday foods we were eating. Hoping to keep with the mentality and awareness of how addicting sugar can be.
A go-to for so many as an afternoon pick-me-up snack is greek yogurt with some type of twist. Perfect for your “3 o’clock hanger” and refreshing for hot summer days.
Rach uses Fage 2% greek yogurt with raspberries and these Lily’s dark chocolate chips with no added sugar.
This week celebrity personal trainer and nutritionist Harley Pasternak shared his Peanut Butter Banana Chocolate Chip Yogurt Banana Parfait. He uses PB2 Powder, nonfat greek yogurt, half sliced banana, & chocolate chips. He said, “The macros on this are incredible! 250 cal; 22g of protein; 6g of fiber. Unlimited happiness!”
Jordan has been really loving mixing plain Greek yogurt (Siggis - no added sugar) with peanut butter and dipping apples in it. You can even mix a little vanilla protein powder in. She said, “It’s so good and will actually hold you over.”
