In case you missed it… a bunch of ah.mi members just started a 4-month (!) 1:1 macro coaching program to really get serious about nutrition and create lasting change. We will be sharing tips and how we are feeling with the group on ah.mi chat on Substack so all our paid members can benefit.
We know this is a big commitment (oof, 4 months during summer travels 🙄) and not for everyone right now, so we wanted to send along our One-Week Clean Eating Guide for those that aren’t doing the program but still want to step up their game the ah.mi way ~ aka “realistic & doable.” One week seems a lot more doable than 4 frickin’ months.
The one-week guide we’re sending below was created with the help of Registered Dietitian, Dr. Renee Korczak after chatting with her about wanting something that busy women can use as a guide. I’ve followed the guide multiple times. Print it out, choose your meals and grab groceries for the week so you are prepared. It’s also something you can stick to when going out to dinner, so it’s not super restrictive.

Links to lots of easy ah.mi recipes (6 main ingredients or less!)
