I’ve never done but so interested too! One of my best friends does injections and lasers at a med spa and has the best skin! She refuses to inject me but I need to talk to her about the lasers!

You’re so sweet! I did IPL Jan- April of 2024 and then a few sessions of microneedling after that. Now I do red light therapy several times a week which seems to be helping with maintenance.

Oooh I'm so here for the laser discussion. Feels like my skin needs some help but I'm not crazy about injectables.

Caroline reminds me of Bethany- they are very intense but I like that they just get to the point. Curious what you hear about lasers- full disclosure, I don't even wash my face, so it could use some help.

As far as the no added sugar, I failed miserably- I have been looking at labels, but it has not stopped me from consuming the food. The addiction is real

Lasers can stimulate collagen, fade hormonal melasma, and even tighten skin by triggering controlled micro-injuries. NASA originally developed this tech to heal astronauts' wounds in space—seriously transformative science.
